Undulating and tight left-handed bends make Plumpton a unique little track. There are a few downhill obstacles in the back straight and good, sure-footed jumpers can pinch lengths here. If you’re not travelling so well, then these just seem to come at you a bit quickly, especially when going out on the last circuit as you tend to get racing very early and the top bend can throw you out really wide if you’re not careful. Handy strong traveling types make life a lot easier around here.
