Dave Nevison shares his top tips for Tuesday's action at Southwell and Catterick, with every race from the latter meeting live on Racing TV.
Lifetime Legend is a long-standing maiden on the Flat and over hurdles, but generally doesn’t do a lot wrong in his races, and this looks to be a real opportunity to finally lose that tag.
His penultimate start at Fakenham, where a hood replaced the tongue strap for the first time, was a good one and he ran really well at Huntingdon last week, despite being wide throughout.
Bryony Frost is obviously a good booking for a race such as this and is on board again here. Slightly quicker ground conditions won’t be an issue, either.
He is a pound lower than when failing by a head to land the hat-trick at the weekend and might be able to quickly get back on the winning trail here.

Has moved over from Ireland where he has been a largely consistent maiden handicapper and might just get a break here running off the same mark as he has been in Ireland.
The selection has joined Andrew Martin who has his small string in very good form over Jumps, with three wins from not many runners since the start of the year.
This is the first runner on the Flat that I can remember seeing, so it will be interesting if there is a market move. He certainly has only an exposed bunch to beat, too.
