One does not expect to be hampered badly by a loose horse on the Flat, but it may have been the difference in victory and defeat at the Galway Festival for this Zarak filly.

She has never been sent off favourite, has raced five times and may look a bit exposed, but that looked much her best run and she will be an each-way price here due to the yards represented in the race. She goes well here and there is lots to like for a stable going nicely.

Given Sea The Stars' fee, I cannot figure why this horse cost only €130,000 as a yearling as he looks very big and is a half-brother to four winners, including Sonnyboyliston.

The main horses got away at Leopardstown and, while he hung left, his run was hugely promising. He makes lots of appeal.
