Might Bite had no more than a schooling session as he erased the memory of a bad Kempton fall with a facile success at Doncaster.Nicky Henderson's eight-year-old enjoyed a decent clear round as he put behind him a crashing final-fence tumble in the Grade One Kauto Star Novices' Chase over Christmas.Might Bite was sent off the 1-7 favourite to see off his two rivals in the Enterprises Online Ltd Novices' Chase and he did so without getting out of second gear.Nico de Boinville decided to dictate affairs from the second fence, where early leader Gorran Haven made a mistake. That horse was soon well adrift as Ma Du Fou tried to keep tabs on Might Bite, but he was fighting a losing battle when coming down at the final open ditch. That left Might Bite to stroll home from Gorran Haven, the winning margin being 99-plus lengths.Paddy Power left the winner unchanged at 5-1 for the RSA Chase at Cheltenham on March 15.De Boinville said: "I enjoyed that, it was lovely and we just need him to get his confidence back. I think he is the sort of horse who will be better in a better race. You can be more aggressive on him and his jumping comes to hand the stronger he goes."He's got an awful lot of potential and is going the right way. We just need to keep his jumping low and flat."
