Wednesday's meeting at Leicester is subject to a precautionary inspection at 7.45am on raceday.
The track is currently fit for action, with the going reported to be heavy on the hurdles course and soft on the chase course, heavy on the flat track crossings.
Further rain is anticipated ahead of the meeting though, prompting clerk of the course Jimmy Stevenson to call an early check.
He said: "We have rain forecast in the morning and the ground is so sodden we can't take a lot more.
"There is two to five millimetres forecast and we would much rather be at the lower end of that scale, so it's fingers crossed."
