Racing TV to broadcast Breeders' Cup World Championships in November

Racing TV will broadcast the Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Del Mar Racecourse on November 5 and 6.

The showpiece event features 14 top-class races, including 13 Grade 1 events and draws horses from all over the world, especially from the UK and Ireland.

Racing TV is the leading dedicated horseracing channel in the UK and Ireland, broadcasting nearly 90% of all Grade and Group 1 races run there. In addition, the channel boasts a strong international portfolio, having broadcast the most recent editions of the Dubai World Cup Carnival, Saudi Cup and Bahrain International Trophy.

The channel numbers a record 65,000 subscribers, many of which are directly involved with the industry, making it a target audience for Breeders’ Cup in terms of messaging for horsemen and promoting the event to committed racing fans. Racing TV, which numbers American expert and NBC regular, Nick Luck, amongst its presenters will commit to a full, innovative marketing plan to support its coverage of the event across its broadcast and digital platforms.

Racing TV will also broadcast 11 of the 16 Breeders’ Cup “Win and you’re in” Challenge races in UK and Ireland this year.
