Postman takes delivery of £30K by winning Paddy's Picks

One racing fan was celebrating on Thursday evening after landing the huge £30,000 jackpot with the new free-to-play Paddy's Picks game from Paddy Power and Racing TV.

Mark Shaw, a postman from Nottinghamshire, won the jackpot which had rolled over from Tuesday, by picking the winners of the five selected races across the Qatar Goodwood Festival and the Galway Summer Festival.

The first three races all went the way of the short-priced favourites with Royal Scotsman, New London and Nashwa delivering for punters, but after 14/1 shot Prairie Falcon landed the fourth race for Michael Dods and Hollie Doyle, just 41 players remained.

Step forward old favourite Tudor City, who in landing the Galway Hurdle for Tony Martin and connections, also delivered a first-class prize for Mark.
