The Newmarket handler plans to explore options over 10 furlongs both at home and abroad for the son of Motivator, who finished a well-held fourth in the Group Three contest to the impressive Sir Dragonet.
Fellowes said: “There was always a doubt about him getting home and he clearly didn’t. He has a lot of speed, as he is out of a six-furlong Listed-winning mare.
“We ran him in the Vase rather than the Dee to see if he would get the mile and a half. They went very hard and he travelled great, but just didn’t stay.
“The French Derby was mooted as possibility, but he is unlikely to run in that and if we go to Royal Ascot it will be for the Hampton Court.
“My initial reaction, though, is to find a nice Group Three over 10 furlongs and we might end up going to France for something like that.”
