One jumps winner so far this year is pretty barren stuff for Jessica Harrington but she should make it two here. Ilmig won his Flat maiden here and both Coltor and Iberia have boosted the form of his Leopardstown run last time. With so few viable alternatives, he should win this.
He was disappointing when only 6-1 behind Kilcruit at Leopardstown but he showed a lot of stamina in his 19-length win at Limerick previously. This should be a formality for him.
The Jeremy mare creeps in nicely at the weights here and, with such doubts about the remainder, renders her an outstanding each-way bet. Deeply consistent, she was still going fine when falling at Thurles last time. Her previous Limerick win was an excellent effort.
Very few people in racing will benefit from the past week but Henry de Bromhead is a noble exception. He has dealt with getting Envoi Allen, Ballyadam and Quilixios off Gordon Elliott with magnanimity and he can strike here with Sovereign Gold.
I tipped this mare at Naas three weeks ago when she did all bar win. For all that Exit To The West is feared, she should take a bit of beating back against her own sex off just 2lb higher.Click here to claim your FREE Racing TV Jacket!
