Our website tipster has two fancies for the racing action on the all-weather on Saturday, including one chalked up at 15-2.
11.45 Lingfield: Moohareeba at 4-5 with Bet365
It was only a four-runner race she won last time out, but the runner-up, who she beat comfortably, has run well since, and I think the form was quite solid.
I certainly believe Moohareb is likely to progress following that victory and a 4lb rise looks very manageable.
The extra furlong here is also likely to suit given her very useful dam is by Galileo and won over 12 furlongs herself.
Excellent apprentice Benoit De La Sayette keeps the ride and this looks a likely strong start to the weekend for favourite backers in the first race of the day.
2.35 Lingfield: Elmejor at a general 15-2
This five-year-old was extremely well backed last time out but punters, including me, who were on at a big price lost all hope after a furlong when he was hampered and pushed back on the inside in a big field.
He only faces five rivals on Saturday, and from stall one, should be able to stay out of trouble, but needs to sharpen up his exit from the stalls. Despite his tendency to start slowly, I believe he is the most likely of these to try and lead, and that might well be a smart move.
He might have finally found himself in the right race to play to his strengths, and is worth siding with at 15-2.
