High Definition heads five potential contenders for Aidan O'Brien among a total entry of sixteen for the Novibet Derby Trial Stakes at
Lingfield on Saturday.
The Galileo colt is unbeaten in two starts and is currently ante-post favourite for next month’s Cazoo Derby.

Others in the mix include Martyn Meade’s Lone Eagle, Richard Hannon's Etonian and Andrew Balding's Recovery Run.
Meade also has Technique in the Novibet Oaks Fillies’ Trial Stakes, but neither of his pair are definite runners yet. The trainer will decide on their participation after both are set to work on Tuesday.
“We’ve got them both in there and we’re looking at it at the moment, " said Meade. "They will both work tomorrow and then we’ll decide from there what to do."
Among a total entry of 15, O'Brien has four engaged in the Oaks Trial at this stage in Divinely, High Heels, Snowfall and Willow.
Mark Johnston’s Dubai Fountain has been declared for Wednesday’s Cheshire Oaks at Chester, but the Middleham handler still has Roseabad.
John and Thady Gosden’s pair of Loving Dream and Regent, Hugo Palmer's Ocean Road and Appleby's Nash Nasha are among other interesting entries.
