Betting expert Dave Nevison landed a near 11-1 treble with his three tips on Friday and has four fancies running on the nine-race card at Haydock - watch how they fare live on Racing TV!

12.30 Haydock: Magic Voice

All I need to see is a little money for this horse, as I am convinced he is well treated and could win a few handicaps this season once he starts rolling.

I was covering the meeting for the channel last time he ran and he was quiet in the market and out the back in the race for the most part.

However, he did start making eye-catching headway about 2½ furlongs out only to become short of room and unable to make any further progress.

It is a case of when, rather than if, that he comes good and although he is up against a lightly raced Stoute/Moore rival he is worth a close look.

1.00 Haydock: Le Reveur

Will be a short price but looks a good thing against an exposed field of older rivals.

It is the usual Sir Mark Prescott story of several runs to get a handicap mark and then sudden rapid improvement once a low mark is achieved.

This horse is extremely well bred, his dam was rated 108 by Timeform, so it would have been very disappointing if he was actually only able to make it to a rating in the 50s.

That was where he started, though, and conceivably it could be that he is much better suited by turf rather than the all-weather as he was only switched recently. He has won both his starts on turf in good style.

2.05 Haydock: Tomorrow’s Dream

I am convinced that this horse - and the one she beat last time at Goodwood - will end up winning in Listed company, and perhaps above even that grade before too long, especially when competing against her own sex.

I have taken a very positive view of that handicap on the Sussex Downs. Haggas has booked the best jockey around Haydock to ride this improver and with black type being the priority here a strong ride to get in the frame at least is assured.

4.55 Haydock: Glory Fighter

I have landed on a couple of massive gambles recently and had double-figure odds about this horse when he started 7-2 favourite last time. That was the excitement over, however, as he missed the break and was hampered so there was no prospect of collecting throughout.

It wasn’t an entirely different story on his previous start, when he also met trouble in running.

I have absolutely no doubt this former Group Three contender, eased another 2lb for his latest run, is now well-handicapped.

He only needs to get a clear run of things, either making the pace or held up, and he can win a race.
