2.25 Goodwood: Robert Johnson

Finished: 5thSP: 10/1
Temporize beat Robert Johnson 1¼ lengths in the big staying handicap at Glorious Goodwood last season but the latter gets a 6lb pull and, with plenty in his favour, can turn the tables.
Phil Kirby’s vastly improved stayer has already put up two very good runs this season, including when chgasing home the well-handicapped and resurgent Prince Alex at Newbury last time.
He may have a fitness advantage against some key rivals here and will certainly enjoy the pace, which is set to be decent with a few front runners in the line up. Connor Beasley seeks a fifth success on Robert Johnson.
3.00 Goodwood: Juana Ines

Harry Charlton is making a strong impression training in his own name and has a very interesting runner here.
Juana Ines has only had one run for the yard, when finishing third at Ascot, having previously lost her maiden tag in France.
A mark of 84 for this her first handicap looks very reasonable and if this filly lives up to her pedigree, then she has a lot of potential from this mark. William Buick takes the ride on a filly who could be Ascot bound next month.
4.10 Goodwood: Wild Tiger

It is clear Saeed Bin Suroor believes that Wild Tiger has been given a decent handicap mark and I very much like the “class edge” angle of this horse running off top weight in this 0-90 grade for his handicap debut.
The lightly raced four-year-old improved after a spell in Meydan when he came back to win a handicap at Yarmouth last time. His draw in stall 3 is also favourable.
Wild Tiger has two horses who will be battling for the early lead so Oisin Murphy should be able to slot into to a position just behind them.
