Betfair announces three-year sponsorship extension of 'iconic races'

Betfair has extended its sponsorship of the Tingle Creek and the Betfair Chase for a further three years.

The bookmaker has sponsored the Betfair Chase at Haydock since the race began in 2005 and the Tingle Creek since 2015.

This year the Betfair Chase takes place on November 25, while the Tingle Creek will be at Sandown on December 9.

Betfair's Barry Orr said: "We are once again delighted to back two of the most exciting and iconic races in the National Hunt calendar.

"This will be the 13th renewal of the Betfair Chase and we are extremely proud to have helped establish the race as a premier target for top chasers and young pretenders alike.

"It is a race with a rich history which continues to be a strong and sound platform to chasing success.

"The Betfair Tingle Creek is an exhilarating race synonymous with speed, accuracy and brilliance.
