Bangor gets the go-ahead

This afternoon's meeting at Bangor goes ahead as planned.Officials had called a precautionary inspection for 8am due to the threat of overnight frost, but they were able to give the go-ahead much earlier, pronouncing the track fit for action shortly after 7.15am.The going is reported to be soft, heavy in places.
