Aim of the bet
To select 2 horses to finish in any of the first 3 places.
Races on which the pool is operated
The Tote Swinger pool is operated on all races of 6 or more declared runners unless otherwise stated.
Calculation of dividends
If the number of actual runners is 6 or more, even in handicaps of 16 or more runners, there will be 3 winning combinations: Combination 1: 1st + 2nd (in either order) Combination 2: 1st + 3rd (in either order) Combination 3: 2nd + 3rd (in either order)

GAME RULES
Who can take part?
The promotion is available for new and existing customers with registered Tote accounts, aged 18 or over. Accounts must be fully verified.
King Of The Swinger is a free-to-enter horse racing competition. The competition consists of competitions where a jackpot can be won by an entrant picking two horses and accumulating points per a race from a set of races run on any one day (the “Competition” and each round of the Competition being a “Round”)
Where multiple entrants have are joint leaders at the end of the game the jackpot will be shared.
How to Enter
From the races that are been offered, simply choose the two horses you think will finish in the first three. Repeat this process until you have answered all questions.
Prior to the start of the first horserace for each competition, entrants must ensure that they have submitted their selections and correctly entered their personal details for their entry to be valid.
How does the Game work?
Prior to the start of the first horserace for each competition, entrants must ensure that they have selected their Picks.
What happens if a horse is a non-runner?
If any Pick corresponds to a non-runner in any of the races then that Pick will be void and you will only pick up points for the horse that run in the selected race.

This promotion is only available to select customers who qualify for entry via the terms stated above, who are aged 18 (eighteen) years and over, are resident in the UK & Republic of Ireland and who have a Tote customer account.

Qualifying customers will be eligible to receive £1,000 in Tote Credit which will be split into 4x £250 credits for the next four designated World Pool 2025 Days which are stated in the schedule.
3.
The maximum amount of Tote Credit that can be earned per customer / household / IP address as part of this promotion is £1,000. Any accounts that are identified to be linked to an account already claiming this offer will not be eligible and any bonuses credited to either account will be withdrawn.
4.
Tote Credit will be credited the day before the next relevant World Pool
2025
day and will expire at the end of the day on the relevant World Pool 2025 day. See clauses 7 to 11 (inclusive) for further details on Tote Credit.
5.
Customers previously excluded from Tote offers will not be eligible to claim this offer.
6.
Tote reserves the right to withhold the benefit of this promotion where Tote reasonably believes that such a customer is abusing or defrauding the system or acting in breach of the Tote Terms and Conditions.
7.
Tote Credit can neither be withdrawn, exchanged nor substituted for cash, whether in part or in full.
8.
Although Tote Credit cannot be withdrawn, any winnings derived from bets placed with Tote Credit can be withdrawn. For the avoidance of doubt, the Tote Credit element of a stake is non-returnable and cannot be withdrawn as cash.
9.
Tote Credit cannot be redeemed against any other product or market, including fixed odds markets (Sportsbook), Ten to Follow, Virtuals or Games.'

Tote Credit stakes cannot be used to qualify for any other Tote promotion or offers.
